In Summer 2021, the Prudential Regualtory Authority and the Financial Conduct Authority opened a discussion on how to increase the pace of change in terms of the diversity and inclusivity of the financial services sector. In our response we highlight some of the positive work done by professional bodies in creating opportunities for individuals to be exposed to diverse ways of thinking through a common language derived from their core banking knowledge and expertise.
