Whilst there is much talk about a return to normal working, it is likely that one thing will stay with us in the ‘new normal’ – online meetings and webinars. Most people are comfortable with face to face meetings, but virtual meetings present a different set of challenges.

In this session, Colin Anderson, CISI, will chair this session with the 'two David’s', exploring the use of digital technology to connect with clients and intermediaries. The session will share best practice on the use of digital technology and help you increase your productivity through the use of this technology.

Speakers:

David Hazelton, Practice Intelligence Manager, Raymond James

As Manager of Practice Intelligence, David is responsible for developing the practice management solution to support the growth of our existing branches. David utilises his experience as Head of Business Development at Raymond James, where he was responsible for expanding the number of wealth managers working with Raymond James.

David is a qualified business coach, and he frequently speaks at industry events and training sessions on investment related topics.

Recently David has been developing our thinking on the subject of intergenerational wealth transfer. This is an important subject with over £5.5 trillion passing between generations in the next 30 years.

David Pegler Chartered FCSI, Wealth Manager – Principal, Brighton Capital Management

David is a highly experienced investment professional and founder of Brighton Capital Management. Between 2009 and 2014 he was head of Brewin Dolphin’s Brighton business. Previously he had worked for six years at UBS Wealth Management and for 12 years at Cazenove.
