Supporting the next generation of bankers: Smart Futures programme
The Smart Futures Programme is a collaboration between the Institute’s 2025 Foundation and the EY Foundation and supports talented young people from low-income households to pursue a career in finance through paid work experience, employability skills training and career guidance.
Join us for a lively panel discussion where we will hear from past participants of the programme and those involved in supporting it.
During this webcast, our Chair, Sue Primmer, Chief Marketing Officer at Sionic and 2025 Foundation Committee member, will ask our panel about what they have gained by being involved in this great initiative and how others can support the great work being done by the programme.
