Caroline is the Institute’s Qualification Proposition Lead and is responsible for designing our qualification frameworks and pathways, as well as each individual certificate and diploma.  She looks after our existing qualifications as well as creating our new qualifications with our team of expert authors.  Caroline has worked in adult education for over 25 years as a Programme Director and Senior Lecturer, specialising in Corporate Lending and Risk, Corporate Strategy and Financial Markets as a senior lecturer.  Prior to that, she worked in both corporate and retail credit and risk roles at Barclays Bank Plc.
